CITIZENS COMPASS– A girlfriend has reportedly stabbed her lover to death over food.
The accident reportedly occurred after a hot argument resulted into violence.
The deceased’s sister on Tuesday, took to social media to share the harrowing incident.
According to her, the atmosphere became tensed when her brother stepped out to buy food for the duo and a friend.
“He went to get food for his girlfriend, himself and his friend. “When he got home, his girlfriend asked him why he came late.”
“They started arguing. “My brother then called his friend to come and pick him up because he wanted to leave the house for her.”
“At that point, the friend told him he had no fuel in his car and ended the call. However, he soon reconsidered and went out to look for fuel.
“His friend knew my brother was angry because of the way he hung up. So he quickly looked for fuel and told him, ‘I’m on my way.’ But my brother replied, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll take a bus.
“While he was still on the way, his wife called and said that my brother’s girlfriend just called her, saying my brother wasn’t breathing anymore.”
“He got there and saw that my brother’s neighbour was already driving him to the hospital. “By the time they arrived, he was already dead.”
“She didn’t catch him cheating. This is what happened,”
