CITIZENS COMPASS—An X user who once referred to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as his father is currently owing house rent.
The ‘son’ has taken to social media to beg for financial assistance from well meaning Nigerians.
The man once took to social media to sing praises of the President claiming he was working to improve his life.
However, he is currently facing backlash from social media users following his recent post, “Good morning fam, I don’t even know how to start this. Today is the last day before my landlord’s quit notice takes effect. I have a 3-month-old baby at home, and the thought of being thrown out with my family is breaking me,” he wrote.
“Please, I’m asking from my heart — if anyone can assist me with a loan to balance my rent, I’ll pay back. May God bless you for saving me from this shit. Thanks a lot!”
A critic however dug up an old tweet where the ‘son’ had praised President Tinubu as his father. “I feel so calm this morning. My father and leader Tinubu is working on my life.”
The critic wrote, “Your father Tinubu is working but you’re begging strangers online for your rent. APC idiots are very dumb fellows.”
