“Our president has done well in the last three years of his assumption of duty, I think he deserves support from all Nigerians.

“We thank God the primary election is peaceful, successful, and widely attended by party members and supporters,” she said.

Also speaking, Jimoh Tijani, APC chairman in Ikorodu Local Government Area, commended all party loyalists for their overwhelming turnout and urged them to ensure that they canvass other members to join the train during the general election.

” The huge turnout today is a testament of the goodness and impactful project our president has done.

“Thank God the process was peaceful, security presence was felt and everything went well, ” he said.

In his reaction, Mr Monsur Solebo, an APC leader in Ikorodu urged members of the party not to relent after the primary but to continue to canvas for more votes for APC so that Ikorodu can produce overwhelming votes during the general election.
