CITIZENS COMPASS—After years of waiting, popular actress, Toyosi Adesanya, has welcomed her first, a girl.
She announced the arrival of the baby on Saturday thanking her husband, actor and director, Bola Oyin-Adejobi, and those who stood by her during her period of waiting.
Emotion ran high as a trending video captured her appreciation message as she burst into tears hugging her husband.
The video captured her showering prayers on her husband and a colleague, Abiola Adebayo, for being there when she needed them.most.
The birth of the baby was first shared on Instagram by Adebayo who thanked everyone who had supported the couple all through the surrogacy journey, which began in 2024.
“I am a godmother again! Congratulations to all of us! Toyosi Adesanya and Bola Oyin-Adejobi just welcomed a bouncing baby girl through their surrogate mom.
“We’ll like to say a very big thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey since 2024, particularly our doctor, Dr Ivie of @the_fertility_doctor. Thank you for everything, doctor… you’ve been very supportive from day one of this journey.
“Aunty Toyosi is officially a mom today. My heart is full of gratitude. Thank you, Jesus.”
