CITIZENS COMPASS–– Globacom exceeded the Nigerian Communications Commission’s (NCC) targets for resolving customer complaints in August 2026, earning the company recognition from the industry regulator for its performance in handling customer issues.

In a letter signed by Kabiru S. Haruna, Principal Manager, Consumer Protection and Advocacy, Consumer Affairs Bureau (CAB), the Commission confirmed that Globacom surpassed its complaint resolution thresholds for Level 2 (L2) complaints.

The NCC noted that the achievement reflects the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and improved service delivery. It encouraged Globacom to sustain the performance and continue improving service quality.

Globacom attributed the improvement to regular training for customer-facing staff and investment in modern technology, which has helped strengthen its complaint management process.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to resolving customer complaints promptly and ensuring a better customer experience.
