OGUN STATE Police Command has got a new Commissioner of Police.
He is CP Lanre Bankole Sikiru whose deployment followed the retirement of Edward Awolowo Ajogun, who clocked 60 years on Thursday.
According to a police wireless message dated DTO:060930/10/2021, from the Force Headquarters, Abuja, Sikiru was directed to report to Ogun State with immediate effect.

TH.5361/FS/FHQ/ABJ/V.7/725, read: “INGENPOL (Inspector General of Police) has ordered the posting of COMPOL Lanre Bankole Sikiru to CP OGS. Posting is with immediate effect please.”
