CITIZENS COMPASS : Police in Lagos said they have uncovered a den of kidnappers in Isiu in Ikorodu area of Lagos State.
The Police said this occurred in the night of Thursday, April 6, 2023.
Citizens Compass gathered that some captives were in the den when the Police bursted it but this led to cross fire between the Police and the suspected kidnappers.
It was learnt that the Police acted on a tip off and traced the den to rescue the victims.
The spokesman, Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hudenyin, confirmed this on Friday April 7, 2023, in a telephone interview.
Hundeyin said the Police will unravel the situation.
According to him, two kidnapped victims were rescued after a crossfire between the police and the kidnappers.Y
