Remains of T. B. Joshua arrive church for lying-in-state

THE remains of the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, popularly known as T. B. Joshua, have arrived his church in Egbe area of Lagos for lying-in-state.

The cleric died on Saturday 5th of June 2021, in Lagos, shortly after excusing himself from a programme organised by his church.

Born on June 12, 1963, Prophet T. B. Joshua died six days to his 58th birthday.

Joshua, who is survived by widow and children, hailed from Arigidi Akoko, in Ondo State.

He founded the Synagogue Church in 1987 with headquarters in Lagos State which has the capacity of over 15,000 worshippers per gathering. The church currently has branches in Ghana, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Greece.

Joshua wass one of the richest and philanthropic pastors in Nigeria. He was estimated to worth over $15m in 2011, by Forbes.
