CITIZENS COMPASS – A pan – Yoruba group, the President of Yoruba Indigenes Foundation (YIF), on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, congratulated President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on assumption of office today.
This was contained in the Goodwill message signed by Mr Sanjo Olawuyi, YIF Director of Communications and Strategies on behalf of YIF president, Dr Olumide Aderibode who heartily congratulated Tinubu as the democratically elected President of Nigeria.
The message reads, “In a good will message signed by Mr Sanjo Olawuyi, the YIF Director of Communications and Strategies. Aderibole openly express his array of good desires, for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The YIF President said “he is optimistic that, the just sworn in President of Nigeria, is a truly *omoluabi person,* in the sense that, he will fulfill most of his electioneering campaign manifesto/promises, because it is overt that, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is over prepared for the National tasks ahead. His swearing in signifies the beginning of a new Nigeria”
Dr Aderibole advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to be cautious of the personality of the people he will appoint into the available appointive positions, this is pertinent for him not to surround himself with sycophants, who will not be given him objective feed backs from the masses.
The YIF President said ” now that new democratic President have been sworn into the number one office in Nigeria. This signify the end of polarity, in the running of affairs of Nigeria.
” By now it is imperative for political hatchets to be buried, let all the unsuccessful political opponents, rally round the lofty programs of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
” This will fast track the implementation of the lofty New Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.” said the President.
YIF boss, conclude by advising President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to put South-West welfare agenda into his priority list, right from the onset of his regime.
