CITIZENS COMPASS— Personnel of the Zone 2 Command Headquarters of the Nigeria Police, under the leadership of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, *AIG Adegoke M. Fayoade, participated in a capacity-building lecture on Emotional Intelligence and Effective Cohesive Team Building. The session was facilitated by *Dr. Karockas Watkins of Vision Excellence Global, USA,* alongside his Africa-based team.
The lecture focused on key themes such as *self-leadership, personality types, organizational effectiveness, and trust building.* These areas equip officers with the ability to understand diverse human behaviours, manage interpersonal relationships more effectively, and enhance self-awareness in alignment with global best practices.
