400 HR leaders to attend CIPM annual conference in Badagry 

…As Administrative Staff College plays host 

 

CITIZENS COMPASS— The Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) yesterday, welcomed over 400 delegates of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM),  Lagos State Branch, to its serene Topo-Badagry campus for the CIPM Annual General Conference 2026, holding from March 25–27, 2026.

The high-level gathering brings together human resource leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to engage on emerging trends shaping the future of work, public sector transformation, and strategic people management in Nigeria.

Speaking at the opening, the Director-General of ASCON, Mrs. Funke Femi Adepoju, Ph.D, described the conference as a significant milestone in strengthening institutional collaboration between ASCON and CIPM.

“We are honoured to host over 400 distinguished HR professionals at ASCON. This conference aligns perfectly with our vision of repositioning training institutions from capacity building to  reform delivery.
