CITIZENS COMPASS— The family of late Gospel singer, Bayonle Olayemi popularly known as

Toluwanisings has threatened to exhume his remains should he be buried in a cemetery.

The Olayemis said their son should either be buried in his personal house in Ibadan or be returned to his home town in Ikirun, Oyo State, where his mother was buried in 1992.

The family’s representative and Toluwasings’ uncle, Lawal Ademola, disclosed this in a video which went viral on Wednesday.

“We have all decided in the family that Sadiq (Toluwanisings) must not be buried in the cemetery. For this reason, they should return him home.

“If you people decide to bury him in the cemetery, we will remove him from there. I am speaking on behalf of all the family members.

“If you say you can’t bury him in his house that he built, we don’t know your reasons and we don’t even care to know, just bring him home.

Yesterday, Toluwasings’ colleagues organised a service of songs in his honour in Ibadan, Oyo State, where his widow was quite emotional.
