Seven Councillorship candidates have picked the APC Councillorship forms in Amuwo-Odofin Local Government, Lagos State, to participate in the Local Government elections in July 2021.
The aspirants are from wards A1, A2, B1, B2, C, J and K just as three of the aspirants are from the Consolidation Group (TCG) of the constituency.
Speaking with Citizens Compass, the former Chairman of the council and Founder, TCG, Comrade Ayodele Adewale said the this is part of the TCG effort to produce qualitative candidates in the council.
He said the five-man TCG -Electoral screening committee led by Prince Kunle Dosunmu has displayed a high level of diligence and transparency in discharging their duties.
While presenting the aspirants to select members of the wards, Comrade Adewale congratulated and charged them to be focused.
