At Eid, Glo urges Muslims to show love, steadfastness  

 

CITIZENS COMPASS– Globacom, Nigeria’s digital solutions provider, has lauded Muslims in Nigeria for keeping faith with the injunction on fasting in the month of Ramadan. “It is a month of sacrifice, abstinence, and, above all, love,” the company disclosed in a goodwill statement in Lagos on Tuesday. It urged Muslims to always remember the values of Ramadan to be kind and watch out for one another. 

The company called on Muslims across the country to continue living up to the tenets of their faith through acts of charity, peaceful coexistence with their neighbours, and obedience to the injunctions of the Holy Quran’s celebration of Eid-el Fitr festival.” 

The telecom company also urged all Nigerians to imbibe the lessons of the occasion in their personal and spiritual lives and strive to make greater sacrifices in order to create a better country for all.  

Globacom encouraged its customers to take advantage of its many reasonably priced services available on the network in order to stay in touch with their loved ones over the holidays and beyond.
