CITIZENS COMPASS— A resident of Yalwawa in Dutse, Jigawa State, Malam Sani, has reportedly cancelled the upcoming wedding of his daughter upon discovery that his would-be son-in-law was supporting the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The man was said to have noticed that the intended groom had flooded his social media handles campaigning for Tinubu.
It was gathered that some elders in the community tried to intervene but the man simply told them that the intended son-in-law lacked faith and compassion by campaigning for Tinubu.
The wedding would have been held over the weekend.
