CITIZENS COMPASS— Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (IBLCDA) has secured the approval of a new state-of-the-art school building and an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Centre.
The approval was obtained by the Member, Federal House of Representatives representing Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Hon. Babajimi Benson.
Benson, who disclosed this during a working visit to the LCDA yesterday, said both projects were expected to be delivered before the end of 2026.
He said the school infrastructure project is expected to address critical facility gaps affecting the learning environment and educational outcomes of students within the LCDA.
Similarly, the new ICT Centre will provide young people and other community members with access to digital literacy and technology skills needed to participate effectively in Nigeria’s rapidly growing digital economy as well as the globe, at large.
