Ikeja Electric gives update on service disruption

…Apologises to customers

 

 

CITIZENS COMPASS— Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) widely known as Ikeja Electric (IE), on Friday, apologised to its customers about the ongoing power outage in some areas.

IE tendered the apology on its official social media handles.

Titled, “Update on Service Disruption”, the company wrote:

Dear Valued Customer,

We sincerely regret the ongoing service disruption currently affecting some areas across our network.

Please be assured that all relevant stakeholders are working diligently and in close coordination to restore power supply to all affected feeders as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and will continue to provide updates as restoration efforts progress.

Thank you for your continued trust.
