CITIZENS COMPASS–Ikorodu Town in Lagos State has announced an annual traditional rites which prohibits non Indigenes in the land from night movement.
The traditional rites, ‘Eluku’ Festival will be held twice within three days, Thursday, August 29 and Sunday, September 1, 2024.
