CITIZENS COMPASS —Popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, says she has got permission from Mohbad’s father to give the late Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad, a befitting burial. 

She revealed that she sought permission for a befitting burial from Mohbad’s father and was excited as the father gave his approval.

Mohbad’s body remains at the morgue after the autopsy carried out by the Nigerian Police.

Thus, fans and well-wishers can finally pay their last respects as preparations begin for a befitting burial at Ebony Vault.

This decision came after the initial burial was deemed inadequate by the fans of the late artist.

She said: “Just spoke to Mohbads dad he has given me the go-ahead to bury mohbad in a befitting place. Spoke to the owner of Ebony Vault. Fixed an appointment for 1pm on thursday.. will go and see him to kick start the preparation for Mohbad burial ceremony.”

Mohbad died on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 and was buried the following day.
