CITIZENS COMPASS– Nigerian Fuji maestro, Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as Kwam 1, has cleared the air on the current crisis rocking his matrimonial home.
The 68-year-old dismissed reports of his alleged reconciliation with former wife, Fathia Titi Marshall.
KWAM.1 also reacted to reports about the ongoing crisis in his current marriage with Aderopo Emmanuella.
According to the reports, Emmanuella had allegedly left their home following Kwam 1’s supposed reconciliation with Titi Marshall and her children shortly after the recent Sallah celebrations.
He disclosed this in an exclusive interview with popular journalist Stella Dimoko-Korkus.
Speaking about his relationship with Emmanuela, he said the marriage was intact.
According to him, “I’m not estranged with Emmanuella. We don’t have any problem. It’s a natural thing to say a woman is jealous. The only problem in a relationship is what rules you are trying to put up,” he said.
As for the former wife, he said, “Titi Marshall is gone forever but I can’t shut my eyes out on the three children we shared together because she is gone.
“Emmanuella brought this upon herself because I have told her to leave social media and concentrate on her business. But I guess she didn’t like it that way. “She has every right to her own reaction. She’s not getting younger anymore, she already has two grownups at the University, and the third one is about to join them. So, these are issues we need to ponder over, not social media things. I don’t have any plans to get a new wife. Emmanuella is my only wife.”
Kwam 1 was previously married to Titi Marshall in 2018.
He got married to Emmanuella in 2021.
