CITIZENS COMPASS – Lagos State Police Command has begun a manhunt for a suspect known as Trevboi in connection with the alleged shooting and death of a man in Fadeyi area of the state on Friday night.
A Twitter user @cloud_target, had taken to his Tweeter handle to alleged that the suspect killed his friend, Kenny, at a nightclub on Friday during an argument.
“Shot and killed my friend at Bar 38 Club,
Fadeyi. Known as Trevboi. He’s armed and dangerous.
“Wherever you are Trevboi, you’ll pay the price. The kind of person people are trying to make excuse for. A known murderer,” he posted.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the incident on Monday, on his verified Twitter handle, said that the police had begun an investigation.
“We commenced an investigation minutes after the incident happened. The suspect abandoned his car and fled on foot. The car and the documents in it are in our custody,” he said.
