New NEMA Lagos coordinator assumes office, thanks media for collaboration

CITIZENS COMPASS— A senior officer with the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mr Mohammed Olatunde Mojid, has assumed office as the Head, Lagos Operational Office, NEMA, thanking the media for its collaboration with the Agency.

Speaking at a media parley on Friday, in his Lagos Operational office, Mojid noted the unwavering support of the media in projecting NEMA’s activities, mandate and that of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet)’s activities to members of the public.

Lagos NEMA promised to consolidate the existing relationship in handling the emergency situation in the State.
