CITIZENS COMPASS– A grassroots political mobilizer and frontline chairmanship hopeful for the Ikorodu Local government, Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba, has hailed the all inclusive steps taken by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State.
In a press statement e-signed and released to the Trek Africa Newspaper, Olabanji-Oba stated that, “Hon. Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba has applauded the All Progressives Congress (APC) Lagos State Chapter for its bold and commendable stance on gender inclusion, particularly its recent announcement prioritizing women’s participation in the forthcoming 2025 Local Government Elections.”
According to the statement, “Describing the move as a demonstration of true progressive leadership, Hon. Olabanji-Oba noted that the decision reflects the party’s unwavering commitment to inclusivity and equity—ensuring that no one is left behind in the democratic process.”
Reacting to the development, she stated: “Women and youth remain the most dynamic and energetic participants in our political landscape. It is heartening to see our party taking deliberate steps to guarantee greater inclusion and representation.
