Pan-Atlantic University recognises Access Holdings for championing youth-led sustainability

CITIZENS COMPASS—Access Holdings recently welcomed students from Pan-Atlantic University (PAU), who visited the Group’s headquarters to express their appreciation for sponsorship of the EcoMalchemy Plastic-to-Art Project.

The initiative, which turned discarded plastic waste into artistic masterpieces now exhibited in a museum, gave students an opportunity to explore how creativity can drive conversations around sustainability and environmental responsibility.

As part of their visit, the students presented a special award of appreciation to Access Holdings for its role in bringing the project to life. They were warmly received by Victor Willie, Head, Stakeholder Management, Access Holdings, and the Group’s sustainability team.

The students shared reflections on how the project broadened their perspective on waste management, community impact, and the power of collaboration. They also commended Access Holdings for its commitment to supporting youth-led innovation in tackling environmental challenges.

In response, representatives of Access Holdings celebrated the students’ creativity and reaffirmed the Group’s dedication to fostering sustainability, innovation, and partnerships that make a lasting impact.
