
Rotary Club honours CEO with Distinguished Patron Award

CITIZENS COMPASS—The Managing Director/CEO of Executive Trainers Ltd., Dr. Mrs. Ajoke Olufunmilola Ogunsan has been honored with the Distinguished Patron Award by global humanitarian organization, Rotary Club of Lekki Golden. The Award presentation ceremony was held yesterday Sunday 31st August 2025.
The prestigious Rotary Club’s Award was presented to one of the most influential and role model women in Africa, a leading entrepreneur, gospel singer, and educational champ, Ajoke Ogunsan in recognition of her ‘selfless humanitarian service, outstanding contributions, and the gift of your voice to the gospel music that uplift souls, inspires hope, and advance the cause of humanity’, highlighted the Club’s President, Rtn. Amb. Dr. Mrs. Christina Okenla.
The Business Leader, Dr. (Mrs) Ogunsan, possesses a strong educational background in Biochemistry from Lagos State University (LASU). She has consistently demonstrated a passion for continuous learning and personal development. She has attended numerous prestigious institutions, including Lagos Business School, Oxford Brookes University, and George Town University, among others.
Her professional certifications include membership in the Institute of Directors of Nigeria, the Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria, and the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce.
As a testament to her love for erudition and scholarship, she has had to bag a handful of global certifications from international citadels of learning. They include but not limited to Lagos Business School, 2008 (Company Director Course); Oxford Brookes University, UK, 2008 (Advanced Leadership Programme); Brunel University, London, 2009 (Leadership Programme); George Town University, Washington DC, 2010 (Leadership Development Course); University of Wolverhampton, UK, 2014 (Advanced Leadership Programme) and University of Houston, Houston-Texas, US, 2015 (International Top Executive Programme).
