A yet-to-be-identified helicopter has reportedly shot at a passenger boat travelling from Port Harcourt to Bonny in Rivers State.
REPORTS from the axis said casualties and fatalities were recorded but the figure could not ascertained at press time.
The boat was said to have departed Bonny through Treasure Island area conveying many passengers and some items.
Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer, Nnamdi Omoni said, “We can’t verify the report now but we are working on it”.
