CITIZENS COMPASS—Governor Dikko Radda of Katsina State on Monday, announced that former President Muhammad Buhari will be buried on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
Buhari will be buried at his hometown, Daura area of the State.
Addressing journalists at the government house, regarding the burial arrangement, the Governor explained that the burial decision was taken following wider consultations with families and other concerned personalities in London.
He said the body of the former president is expected to arrive in Katsina on Tuesday at noon, while the burial will take place at about 2 p.m.
Meanwhile, Vice-President Kashim Shettima, has paid a condolence visit to the family of the late former president, Muhammadu Buhari, in London, United Kingdom (UK).
This took place a few hours after arriving in the country to pick the body of the former President.
