CITIZENS COMPASS—A 60-year-old American woman who travelled to Nigeria has reportedly died in the house of her 39-year-old lover in Warri, Delta State.
The 60-year-old woman, Jacqueline Bolling Elton, reportedly died while putting up with the lover.
Elton, who had travelled from the United States to spend time with her 39-year-old male companion, Alawode Olaide, fell ill on September 29 around 3pm and was rushed to a private hospital in Otokutu.
Despite efforts to save her, Elton was pronounced dead on arrival at the Central Hospital, Warri, leaving behind a trail of shock, grief, and unanswered questions.
