CITIZENS COMPASS—The female passenger on Ibom Airline, Comfort Emmanson, whose nude video has gone viral on Wednesday, said she was experiencing pain due to the way she was rough handled at the airport.
Emmanson said she needed some rest and medical treatment to recover from the pains.
Citizens Compass reported that a Magistrates Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State, set the female passenger free after her prosecutor withdrew the five charges against her.
Emmanson took to her Instagram page, soft_commy, to bare her mind shortly after she regained her freedom.
She posted thus: “Thank you so much for all the Prayers, Love, and support. I’ve been released from the Prison, but I’m still in pains due to how I was treated.
“I just need some rest and medical treatment before I give out my own version of the event.
Thank you so much, my Lovely Friends and Supporters. I really appreciate y’all from the bottom of my heart. God bless y’all.
“THANK YOU MY GREAT GOD!!!” she said.
Emmason was arrested on August 10 following an altercation on board an Ibom Air flight at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport ,Lagos State.
She was accused of physically assaulting a crew member and disrupting the flight—allegations that quickly went viral on social media.
Popular human rights activist, Ayo Ademiluyi, has visited her at the correctional facility.
Meanwhile, the Minister for Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has relaxed the No fly ban on Emmanson.
