Lauding the Lagos CP who assumed office in February 2025, Dr. Ogunsan highlighted the operational and administrative prowess which Jimoh has put in place. ‘Your impactful effort is to be well-noted as it has led to prevention and reduction of violent crimes and cult-related activities. To your credit, the recent LGA/LCDA Chairmanship elections in Lagos are virtually devoid of electoral violence as everything was conducted in peace and calm. The creation of the anti-cultism squad, Eko Strike Force across the command, is a bold step on the path of securing our citystate.’
The Chairman of Executive Group, Ogunsan added: ‘I must highlight the recovery of a large cache of vehicles which one is estimated to be worth 450 million naira. This recovery has definitely brought smiles to the faces of the owners of the vehicles. Thank you for also ensuring that the response time for distress calls in Lagos State Police Command is reduced to 5 minutes.’
