Bandits reportedly kill 20 in Igangan

...No going back on Yoruba Nation - Igboho

No fewer than 20 people have reportedly died in Igangan in Ibarapa North Local Government area of Oyo State when scores of bandits on motorcycles stormed the sleepy town in the early hours of Sunday.

The attack was carried out just after a week that the Chairman of Amotekun Corps in Oyo State, General Ajibola Togun (rtd) warned that some foreign herders were hibernating in forest reserves waiting to unleash terror on Yorubaland.

Also, it occured few hours after hundreds of Yoruba nation agitators, under the aegis of Ilana Omo Oodua, stormed Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State from neighboring South-West states for a rally.

Addressing the mamoth crowd, the popular Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho said that no efforts would be spared to rescue the Yoruba nation from the firm grips and vestiges of the Fulanis who have been oppressing the people of the southwest from time immemorial.

He said that it is high time Yoruba nation break-away from Nigeria and chart a new course for itself, adding that the Nigerian environment has been consistently harsh to the Yoruba people at the advantage of the Fulanis.
