
Bonsue King, Adewale Ayuba breaks silence on divorce saga
CITIZENS COMPASS— 60-year-old Fuji maestro, Adewale Ayuba, on Monday, debunked the rumour making the rounds that he has divorced his wife.
Ayuba, popularly known as Bonsue King, also dismissed reports that he was questioning the paternity of his children urging his fans to consider such reports as misleading and malicious.
He disclosed this on his Instagram page with a caption, “PUBLIC NOTICE’.
He said, “Disregard the unfounded and baseless story.”
“There is absolutely no truth – not a single iota in this cooked-up story. Dr Adewale Ayuba and his wife, Mrs Azuka Ego, are happily married, and their wonderful children are doing very well. The issue of paternity over their children has never, ever arisen in their marriage.”
Married to Azukaego (née Kwentoh) in 1989, the singer who has dumped Islam for Christianity said, “Furthermore, this reckless blogger stated their marriage only lasted one year. For the record, they have been happily married for well over thirty years! This fundamental error alone exposes the story as a complete fabrication.
“Please disregard this baseless rumour and continue to send love and prayers to his family. We will keep you updated on any legal action.”
Azukaego from a Christian background hails from Onitsha Anambra State.
The marriage is blessed with seven children.
