
Pasuma reacts to deadly attack in Ikire
CITIZENS COMPASS– Fuji star, Wasiu Alabi, popularly known as Pasuma, has reacted to a deadly attack on him and crew members in Ikire, Osun State.
Pasuma and crew members were attacked by hoodlums on Friday,
in Ikire area ofIrewole Local Government Area of Osun State, on Friday.
The video of the attack has since gone viral where some hoodlums threw pebbles and fired gunshots at his convoy.
Pasuma was said to be in the town for a show.
The video captured a black bus with Pasuma’s image and a white Toyota Hilux riddled with holes, reportedly caused by the stoning and gunfire.
In the video, a man believed to be a member of Pasuma’s crew confirmed that the vehicles were attacked with stones and bullets.
However, the 57-year-old singer, in a statement on his X page on Sunday, confirmed that he and his crew members were safe.
“Myself and the entire crew are safe and sound. I appreciate everyone for reaching out. Thank you all, one love.”
