CITIZENS COMPASS—A prophet with the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) has reportedly sold a candle at the rate of N1.5m during one of the church services.
A video of the service was posted on social media which captured the prophet kicking off the bidding from N500,00 until the highest bidder paid N1.5 million for the candle.
The video was captioned, “A giant candle was sold today at Ephphata parish. Omo, I was wowed. It was later sold for N1.5 million. Celestial with doings. Hmmmm”.
Social media influencers have since responded to the video.
A social media user, @Ayoola0527, said, “If it works so effectively, those who want to sell it would have kept it for themselves”.
Another user, @Omobolajipounds, said, “Pastor dey auction candle inside church”.
