Sesan Daini fulfills electoral promises in Oreta, lays foundation of classrooms 

 

CITIZENS COMPASS – THE council chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Ikorodu Division in Lagos State, Olusesan Mayokun Daini, has laid the foundation of six classrooms at Oreta Primary School in the council development area. 

The event was held over the weekend with dignitaries from Igbogbo/Baiyeku in attendance. 

In his address, the counvil chairman who was thankful to God for a job well done said the foundation laying wss ons of hid electoral promises in 2021 dutung a tour of the LCDA. 

He said the council had received two requests from the people of Oreta during the period. 

He said the people requested for a health center and a primary school but the federal government had already built the health center and the council would make it functional and build a security post. Daini said the council would be building the six-classroom block, which would be furnished. 

He promised that white marker boards and other teaching equipment will be provided. 

Similarly, he promised that the council would fulfill its promises within eight weeks so that the students can access the classrooms at resumption.

In attendance were Vice Chairman of the Council, Nureini Okedina-Maja, Council Leader Hon. Nurudeen Alimi, the Council Manager, other council officials, and the community leaders.
