Sokoto killing: Deborah’s parents get new house, car

IN what looks like transition from poverty to wealth, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, the General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry, has fulfilled his promise to the parents of late Deborah Samuel as he on Tuesday donated a mini estate a car to them.

The pastor, stated that the car is for the father, Garba Emmanuel, to start an Uber business.

He said, “you will never know poverty again. She has paid the price…,”

Recall that Apostle Chibuzor in reaction to the gruesome murder of Deborah, a Christian student at Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto, was lynched after she raised her objection to the use of her class WhatsApp platform for the spreading of religious messages.

Apostle Chibuzor had in reaction promised to relocate the parents of the victim, give them a house and start up business to sustain them.

Apostle Chibuzor has now kept to his words. Sharing the photos of the emotional moment Deborah’s parents received their donation, Pastor Chibuzor Chinyere captioned the picture thus: “Today 24 May 2022. “Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere the general overseer of Omega Power Ministry OPM donates a 14 flats mini estates and a Corolla car for Uber business to the family of the slain Deborah samuel.

“Fully sponsored through tithes and offerings in OPM church.”
