CITIZENS COMPASS— President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has reportedly stumbled on Tuesday, in Ankara, Turkey.
A viral video captured Tinubu dressed in a piece of suit and was being led by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan alongside some other officials when he miscalculated his steps and fell as his hands were seen touching the ground before he quickly got up.
The walk marked the start of Tinubu’s visit.
Officials nearby quickly stepped in to assist, and Tinubu was promptly helped back on his feet. He continued with the programme shortly afterward without further incident.
