A cross section of the residents, told Citizens Compass that an area mostly being attacked by hoodlums is Olosha, the Alasalatu area of Mushin.
On Tuesday at Moshalasi street, the hoodlums were said to have devised various means to carry out their evil intentions.

It was gathered that they looted shops, homes and offices to dispossess people of their valuables.
People returning from their various places of work were said to have fallen victim during the operation.
A resident, Mufutau Adams said over 30 vehicles were vandalised during the rampage.

Some youths in Mushin were said to have repelled the Tuesday attack but were overpowered as the armed hoodlums outnumbered the youths.
One of the youths who did not want his name in print said they took cover on noticing that the hoodlums came prepared. “The hoodlums were with guns, so we had to run for safety as they went their way.”
At a recent press briefing, Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Olorundare Moshood Jimoh, said the Command would make the state ungovernable for hoodlums.
