CITIZENS COMPASS—Former governor of Oyo State, Rasheed Ladoja, is set to become the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland in Oyo State, following the death of Oba Owolabi Akinloye Olakulehin.
Citizens Compass reported that Olakulehin joined his ancestors on Monday a few days after his 90th birthday.
Oba Olakulehin ascended the throne of his father’s on July 12, 2024 as the 43rd Olubadan.
The grand coronation ceremony was held at the iconic Mapo Hall.
