CITIZENS COMPASS—Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri, alongside 23 members of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly have reportedly dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and now pitched their tents with the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Daniel Alabrah, disclosed this in a Facebook post.
Details of the move were sketchy at press time but sources said the defectees may be preparing to officially announce their defection to the APC in the coming days.
