Ode-Idahosa felicitates with Edo people for promoting cultural heritage

CITIZENS COMPASS— The Secretary General, Nigerians in Diaspora Organization (NIDO) African Continental, Hamzaosa Ode-Idahosa, JP, on Friday, felicitated with the people of Edo State for continuously promoting cultural heritage.
Ode-Idahosa felicitated with them in a statement made available to Citizens Compass.
He extended congratulations to all Edolites all over the world.
According to him: “I sincerely appreciate the leadership of Edo State and all individuals and organizations who continuously promote our social and cultural heritage and support the greatness of the Benin Kingdom in one way or another.
“I wish to specially acknowledge and thank the following organisations and their leaders for their invaluable contributions:
Edo State Diaspora Agency, under the leadership of
Dr. Lawrenta Oduware, Director General and Edo State Diaspora Agency for her outstanding and invaluable contributions.
Others are United Kingdom of Great Benin Empire (UKGBE), under the leadership of Evangelist Jessy Isibor, Organizations of Great Benin Kingdom (OGBK), under the leadership of
Engr. Isaac Igbinosun and Oseghe Edo Association, under the leadership of Mr. Ogieva Uwagbeo.”
Similarly, the Secretary General thanked the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Diaspora – EU, under the leadership of Amb. Collins Idahosa, Edos in Diaspora, under the leadership of Amb. Don Rolly and Bidon Humanitarian Entertainment Foundation (BHEF), under the leadership of Mr. Frederick Awhatorhe.
Edo State Community Union, Benin Republic, under the leadership of Mr. Hussein Momodu, Chairman.
