“Five individuals have been successfully resuscitated.

“Several others escaped unhurt while efforts are currently ongoing to resuscitate the remaining four individuals.”

At press time, calls to the cellphone of LASEMA Permanent Secretary, Oluwafemi Oke-Osanyintolu, were left unresoonded to.

In a related development, the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service swiftly responded to a fire outbreak at a storey building, with the blaze reported from the fourth floor of Emab Plaza, located behind Mandilas.
